GRIND

Sam Johnson had the idea for GRIND in high school. She and her friends always wanted a place to hangout on lunch or after school, but Downtown Knoxville never quite had the place to do that. Upon graduation from UT, she opened a small coffee shop. Never expecting it to be the success it now is, Sam spends most of her time at GRIND. She enjoys being around the younger generation that comes in and uses her space as a sanctuary. Filled with books, local artisanal crafts, and all of the coffee you could imagine, Sam has created the place for you to GRIND.
